Law degree and current practising certificate for the relevant Australian jurisdiction
Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience working principally in construction law
Experience across front‑end (contract drafting/negotiation) and back‑end (claims, Security of Payment, dispute resolution) matters
Strong legal drafting, commercial judgment, file management and client relationship skills
