Join a large dispute resolution team in Melbourne handling complex commercial disputes and regulatory investigations across sectors including financial services, public sector and professional services. The role is hands-on and offers exposure to varied litigation, enforcement and inquiry work.

This position provides significant learning and progression opportunities, working on drafting court documents and advices, preparing evidence and briefs to counsel, and advising on regulatory investigations and alternative dispute resolution. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.

2–5 years post-admission experience in Australia
Experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory investigations, ideally from a mid‑to‑large law firm
Strong drafting, communication and attention to detail
Ability to run matters through dispute resolution processes with minimal oversight and manage competing timelines
Exposure to regulatory investigations, public inquiries or enforcement actions highly regarded; experience in fraud, misconduct, compliance or governance-related disputes advantageous
