Senior Associate — Construction Professional Indemnity, Manchester

Join a national Professional & Commercial Risk team focused on construction professional indemnity work. The role involves managing a caseload of professional negligence claims and advising insurers on coverage and policy issues arising from construction disputes.

You will work on technically complex matters for insurer clients, engage regularly with experts and counsel, and have opportunities to build client relationships and supervise junior fee‑earners. The team operates regionally with close national collaboration and offers hybrid working and flexible arrangements.

• Approximately 6+ years' post‑qualification experience in construction professional indemnity / professional liability.
• Experience advising insurers on coverage and conducting both pre‑action and litigated matters.
• Strong client‑handling and relationship skills with the ability to manage a personal caseload.
• Experience supervising junior fee‑earners and instructing experts and counsel; comfortable with ADR and mediation.
