Senior Associate — Consumer Regulatory (London)

Senior Associate role within a national consumer regulatory practice advising household-name clients across retail, food, FMCG and hospitality. The team provides technical regulatory advice combined with commercially focused solutions on product compliance, safety, labelling, marketing and sustainability.

You will work on high‑profile and cross‑border matters, support incident response and enforcement engagement, and help shape the growing practice. The role offers scope to lead complex matters, supervise junior lawyers and progress to a director-level appointment.

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in consumer regulatory, commercial or regulatory teams.
• Proven track record advising on consumer protection, product compliance, product safety and regulatory risk management.
• Practical knowledge of enforcement and regulator engagement (e.g. Trading Standards, CMA) and experience with incident response, recalls or product withdrawals.
• Strong drafting, analytical and commercial judgement; confident client-facing skills and experience supervising junior lawyers.
