Senior Associate — Corporate, Bristol

Senior Associate role in a national corporate team based in the Bristol office, working on a broad range of UK M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. You will lead deals, manage project delivery and advise corporates, PE/VC-backed companies and management teams across sectors.

The role offers regular client-facing responsibility, involvement in business development and opportunities to represent the team at regional and national events. You will also contribute to training and supervising trainees, paralegals and junior associates.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
• Proven experience on mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, able to lead matters with limited supervision.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial judgement and project management capability.
• Demonstrable business development record and ability to build client relationships; experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.
