Senior Associate / Associate — Construction (Built Environment)

Opportunity for a transactional construction lawyer to join a busy built environment team advising on large-scale construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects across the UK. The role offers exposure to a varied client base including developers, funders, investors and public sector bodies.

You will work closely with colleagues in real estate, planning, banking and corporate departments on complex, cross-disciplinary matters. The team operates a hybrid working model and supports flexible working patterns.

• Proven experience on complex construction matters with strong built environment expertise
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
• Ability to manage a varied and often complex workload effectively
• SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration required
