You will work on complex M&A, private equity, joint ventures and related corporate matters, with early client contact and significant responsibility on mandates.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials
Excellent English language skills; German required
Experience on M&A, private equity or joint-venture matters, ideally with cross-border elements
Commercial interest, intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset
Willingness to travel and consider international secondments; full- or part-time arrangements possible
LL.M. or doctorate is a plus
