Senior Associate / Associate, Commercial — Hamburg

Leading German commercial team seeks a (senior) associate to work on national and international commercial mandates. You will advise on cross-border commercial contracts, distribution and supply‑chain arrangements, technology collaborations (including in the automotive sector), and on enforcement or defence of claims arising from commercial agreements.

The role offers regular client contact on international matters, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities for professional development including formal training and the option of a multi‑month overseas secondment.

• Strong German legal qualifications with excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in commercial contracting, distribution/supply chain law or international trade; cross‑border work desirable
• LL.M. or doctorate welcome but not required
• Team‑oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable with client contact on international matters
