Join a leading international corporate finance team in Sydney as a Senior Associate focusing on leveraged and syndicated lending. The role sits within a market-leading loans practice advising banks, sponsors and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border financings.

You will work on syndicated and bilateral facilities, acquisition/structured financings and common terms deed platforms, taking responsibility for drafting, negotiating and executing finance documentation, contributing to transaction strategy and mentoring junior lawyers.

Minimum 5 years' loan markets/corporate finance experience (top-tier or respected mid-tier firm or relevant in-house role)
Proven drafting and negotiation experience on bilateral and syndicated facility agreements, common terms deeds, security documents and related finance documentation
Familiarity with APLMA precedents and market-standard financing documentation
Strong commercial judgement, client-facing experience and ability to manage and mentor junior team members
