You will work on governance aspects of strategic corporate initiatives and M&A, support Financial Accountability Regime implementation, and monitor emerging regulatory and policy developments affecting listed and private companies. Minimum 5 years PQE in a corporate, governance, regulatory or ESG practice
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial judgment
Direct client-facing experience with boards or senior stakeholders
Demonstrated interest in climate, sustainability, governance or regulatory reform
Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to business development; openness to using AI tools pragmatically
