Senior Associate role in a busy Corporate & M&A team based in Abu Dhabi, handling complex, cross-border transactions across M&A, private equity, venture capital and investment funds. The role offers regular client contact on large-scale deals and opportunities for secondments and regional collaboration.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence and closings, supervising junior team members, and contributing to business development. The team works closely with regional and global clients including sovereign wealth funds, corporates, PE/VC investors and family offices.

Qualified lawyer with 6–10 years PQE in M&A/corporate transactions.
Proven experience on cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital or investment funds matters.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for term sheets, SPA/shareholder agreements and ancillary documentation.
Experience working in a major international law firm or similarly complex environment.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Client-focused, able to supervise junior lawyers and work effectively in multicultural teams.
