Senior Associate, Corporate & M&A — Athens

Leading international corporate team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Athens office to work on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions. The role involves significant involvement in deal execution, legal strategy and client relationship management across multinational corporates, private equity and institutional clients.

The position has a particular focus on transactions in the real estate and hospitality sectors and requires close collaboration with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. The role includes supervision of junior lawyers and contribution to business development activities.

• Greek law qualification required; England & Wales qualification an asset
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in corporate law with strong M&A focus
• Proven sector experience in real estate and hospitality transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment; experience leading due diligence and structuring work
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English; ability to work across international teams
