Senior Associate — Corporate M&A, Brisbane

Mid-senior level corporate lawyer sought for a busy M&A practice in Brisbane. The role will sit on domestic and cross-border acquisition and disposal matters, acting across all stages of transactions including due diligence, structuring, drafting transactional documents and completing deals.

The team advises corporate clients across industries on private M&A and related corporate work. The role offers substantive deal exposure, client-facing responsibility and regular collaboration with partners and senior lawyers across the firm’s network.

• Admitted lawyer in Australia with solid corporate/M&A experience at a reputable firm
• Proven track record on acquisitions, disposals and transactional due diligence
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on sale and purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Client-focused, able to manage aspects of matters and supervise junior lawyers
