Senior Associate — Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Sydney

This role offers exposure to high-value public and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and general corporate governance work across sectors such as resources, infrastructure, energy, financial services, health, technology and retail.

The team operates nationally and collaborates closely with banking, tax and funds specialists. This permanent, full-time role supports hybrid working (approx. 60% in office) with flexibility to discuss individual arrangements.

• Experience in a leading M&A and capital markets practice (top-tier, national or international firm preferred).
