Join a top-ranked Corporate M&A team in Brisbane as a Senior Associate advising on major domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy, resources and critical minerals sectors. The role offers exposure to complex public and private M&A, joint ventures, royalties and project-related work across mining, oil & gas and critical minerals.

You will work in a collaborative, high‑performing national practice alongside specialist M&A and capital markets lawyers, supported by KM and business development teams. The position is permanent full-time with hybrid working arrangements and flexibility options.

Approximately 6 years PQE in corporate/M&A practice.
Experience at a top‑tier, national or international firm or equivalent specialist energy & resources practice.
Demonstrated experience on energy & resources transactions (mining, oil & gas, critical minerals); oil & gas JV experience highly regarded.
Strong generalist public and private M&A capability, matter management and junior‑team leadership skills.
Willingness to participate in business development and build a market profile in the resources sector.
