Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A) — Los Angeles

Senior associate opportunity within a leading international corporate practice based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and related transactional work across technology, life sciences and other commercial clients.

You will handle all phases of M&A transactions including drafting and negotiating agreements, managing due diligence, and advising clients on structuring and regulatory considerations. The position offers cross-office collaboration on complex and often cross‑border deals, with strong opportunities for professional development.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or pending admission)
• Approximately 4–5 years of post‑JD transactional experience, with substantive M&A deal work
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills on purchase agreements, disclosure schedules and ancillary documents
• Ability to manage transactions, coordinate due diligence and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
