Senior Associate — Corporate (M&A), Luxembourg

Senior lawyer role within a global corporate team advising on complex cross-border M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and high-value commercial transactions. The practice works closely with antitrust, finance, tax, employment and real estate specialists to deliver integrated advice on transactional and corporate governance matters.

This is a client-facing role offering exposure to international mandates and collaboration across jurisdictions. The team values commercial judgement, clear written and oral advice, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Qualified lawyer admitted (or eligible for prompt admission) to the Luxembourg Bar
• Approximately 5–7 years' post-qualification experience in M&A and corporate transactions, ideally from a leading law firm
• Fluent English and German; French highly desirable, Luxembourgish an asset
• Strong analytical skills, commercial instinct, reliability and ability to simplify complex issues for clients
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a diverse, international team
