Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A / PE / VC) — Bristol

Senior Associate opportunity within a national Corporate team based in Bristol, working across UK jurisdictions on mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. The role offers lead responsibility on deals, negotiation of key documents and end-to-end project management.

You will join a collaborative, multi-office corporate practice with regular cross-office work, client-facing opportunities and involvement in business development and team profile-raising activities. There are structured opportunities to supervise and develop more junior fee-earners and to engage in technical and commercial training.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
• Proven experience on complex mid-market M&A and PE/VC transactions, able to lead matters with limited supervision.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and client-facing experience.
• Track record in business development and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
