Senior Associate — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity), Milan

Join a leading international corporate team in Milan advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate reorganisations and related corporate finance matters. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, demergers and shareholders’ agreements for Italian and foreign corporates, investment funds and private clients.

• Italian Bar admission
• Approximately 4–5 years PQE with solid M&A and private equity transaction experience
• Strong drafting and communication skills in Italian and English
