Senior Associate — Corporate M&A, Rome

We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5–6 years' PQE in M&A and corporate finance to join a well-regarded Rome-based corporate team. The role involves leading mid- to large‑scale extraordinary transactions, advising on corporate law and governance, and preparing and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements, including cross-border matters.

The team offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with structured professional development and exposure to Italian and international clients. The position suits a detail-oriented lawyer able to manage complex dossiers with autonomy and to communicate effectively in English.

• 5–6 years' PQE in M&A / corporate finance or equivalent corporate experience
• Strong corporate law and governance background; experience on extraordinary transactions
• Proven ability to handle complex matters independently and work with international clients
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Top-firm experience, strong academic record and periods of study/work abroad are advantageous
