Senior Associate / Associate, Structured Finance & Derivatives

Leading international law firm is hiring a senior associate or associate to join its Italy Structured Finance & Derivatives team. The role is open to candidates across the firm's Italian offices and will involve advising on structured finance transactions and derivatives matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of transactional and documentation-focused matters, collaborating with finance, regulatory and cross-border teams. This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice handling sophisticated financings and derivatives work in the Italian market.

• Qualified lawyer in Italy or eligible to practise in Italy
• Several years' experience in structured finance and/or derivatives documentation and transactions
• Strong drafting skills and transactional experience (negotiation, documentation, closing)
• Fluent English; Italian language skills for client-facing work
