Bank Finance Lawyer (Italian Qualified) — Milan

Leading international law firm seeks an Italian-qualified bank finance lawyer to join its Milan finance team. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border banking and lending transactions.

The successful candidate will work on syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition finance and general bank finance matters, collaborating with teams across Europe. This is a hands-on role with exposure to high-value financings and client-facing workstreams.

• Qualified to practise in Italy (Italian bar qualification required)
• Strong banking and lending experience, including syndicated and bilateral financings
• Proven transaction experience on domestic and cross-border matters
• Commercial drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable working with multi-jurisdictional teams
