- 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance or comparable experience in a law firm; alternatively, recently qualified lawyers (qualified up to 1 year) with relevant experience also considered
- Experience in lending, banking and finance matters gained in a professional firm
- Strong drafting and transactional skills; ability to work in a team on client-focused matters
- Fluent legal Italian; English for transactional work
