Apply in confidence →Our Global Markets - Finance Regulatory Practice advises issuers, shareholders and financial institutions on a broad range of equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, rights issues, private placements and other equity and equity-linked transactions. We also support listed companies on their ongoing regulatory and corporate governance obligations, including market disclosure requirements, shareholder meetings, corporate governance frameworks, related-party transactions and compliance with applicable securities and market-abuse regulations. Alongside our equity capital markets capabilities, we assist clients in navigating complex and evolving financial regulatory regimes, including licensing, compliance and supervisory matters.
We are looking for an Associate to join the team, with a primary focus on equity capital markets transactions and the regulation of listed companies. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters, supporting clients through all stages:
- Advising on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, rights issues, capital increases and other equity-related transactions.
- Assisting listed companies with ongoing corporate and regulatory matters.
- Working closely with colleagues from other practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters.
- Supporting and supervising junior team members, where appropriate.
Degree in Law with an excellent academic record.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in equity capital markets, listed companies regulation and related corporate matters, gained at a leading Italian or international law firm.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent English and Italian level (C1).
