An internationally integrated corporate practice is seeking a junior associate to join its Global M&A and Corporate team in Milan. The group advises listed and unlisted companies, financial institutions, governments and public entities on transactional and corporate matters, with most mandates carrying a significant cross-border dimension.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex and intellectually engaging projects within the corporate team, collaborating closely with specialist colleagues across competition, finance, tax, employment, dispute resolution, real estate and regulatory. Law degree with an excellent academic record
Qualified to practice as a lawyer in Italy (Avvocato)
1–2 years' PQE in corporate law and M&A
Proven experience at an international law firm or a leading domestic law firm
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong team ethic, client-service orientation and interest in business development and knowledge management
