Apply in confidence →Our Corporate Transactions & Advisory practice advises many of the world’s leading companies on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and high-value commercial contracts, with a particular focus on complex cross-border deals. We work closely with antitrust specialists on merger control matters and collaborate with experts across finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment, and real estate to deliver integrated advice.
Within our approachable, collaborative, and team-based culture, you will advise clients on the full range of public and private transactions—from multi-billion-dollar cross-border deals to strategic joint ventures, major divestments, and demergers. You will deliver a blend of high-quality legal input and pragmatic, business-focused advice.
Your primary focus will be on M&A, but you will also collaborate on transactions across the entire corporate practice. You will handle a variety of matters, working closely with clients and colleagues, and develop outstanding transactional, organisational, and technical skills. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression.

- Ideally a Junior Associate with M&A experience at a top-tier international or Italian law firm.
- Strong academic background.
- Team player with strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills.
- High level of commercial awareness.
- Ability to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
- A previous experience in transactions with listed companies is highly regarded.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
