We are looking to add an Associate to a highly collaborative corporate transactions group based in Milan. You will advise leading Italian and international clients across the full spectrum of public and private transactions, including complex cross-border deals, strategic joint ventures, divestments and demergers, combining high-quality legal input with pragmatic, business-focused advice.

While your primary focus will be private equity, you will also collaborate on matters spanning the wider corporate team's activities, such as public and private M&A, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. The team brings together specialists in funds and investment management, real estate, insurance, private equity, equity capital markets and public policy, and serves clients across a broad range of industry sectors.

You will work closely with clients and fellow lawyers, developing outstanding transactional, organisational and technical skills, with genuine scope for career progression in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualified as a lawyer (ideally up to 2025), with M&A and private equity transaction experience gained at a top-tier international or well-structured Italian law firm
Strong academic background and a self-starting attitude
Team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills
High level of commercial awareness and the ability to lead deals while managing multiple workstreams
Prior experience on transactions involving listed companies is highly regarded
