An international law firm is seeking a bright lawyer or senior lawyer to join its Real Estate Investment team within its market-leading Real Estate group in Milan. The role offers the opportunity to advise national and international investors and developers on all aspects of real estate law.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structures for real estate investments. The position involves a broad variety of work covering core real estate services, including acquisitions, developments, disposals, and lease, construction and property management mandates.

Excellent academic record and admission to the Italian Bar
Between 4 and 5 years' PQE, with a solid background in real estate and a basic understanding of corporate matters
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English; additional foreign languages are an asset
Service-minded, organised and able to meet deadlines, with a positive "can do" attitude and a desire to achieve excellence
Open to a changing environment that requires daily learning
