Senior Associate — Corporate Tax, Edinburgh

Senior-level opportunity within a Tier 1 corporate tax team based in Edinburgh. The role involves advising on corporate M&A, private equity, real estate transactions, cross-border tax structures, financing arrangements, funds and corporate reorganisations.

The team acts for corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers, fund investors and public sector clients on complex, high‑impact matters. You will join a collaborative office with a progressive working culture and hybrid/flexible working options.

• Qualified solicitor/advocate: SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration required.
• Relevant senior associate experience on high‑quality corporate tax matters.
• Experience or strong interest in real estate tax and/or corporate M&A tax preferred (not essential).
• Ability to work on cross‑border and structured transactions, with strong commercial judgment and client management skills.
