Join a highly regarded London corporate transactions team focused on Gambling and Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) M&A. You will work on cross‑border buy‑ and sell‑side deals, often involving bespoke structures, and collaborate with specialists across IP, data protection, regulatory, competition and disputes.

The role offers exposure to dynamic, entrepreneurial clients across online and retail gambling, digital content, broadcasting, gaming and advertising. You will lead transaction workstreams, manage teams across the UK and internationally, and help develop sector-specific expertise.

There are opportunities to contribute to business development and thought leadership, supervise and train junior lawyers, and adopt sophisticated AI tools to improve delivery and efficiency.

Approximately 5 years post‑qualified experience in corporate/M&A (PQE ~5 years).
Strong M&A transaction experience, including cross‑border deals and bespoke documentation.
Experience or demonstrable interest in Gambling and/or TMC sectors (in‑house, secondment or private practice).
Excellent drafting, commercial judgement and client communication skills; experience supervising junior lawyers.
Comfortable using AI tools and promoting their appropriate use in legal workflows.
