Senior Associate — Corporate Transactions (M&A) — Brisbane

Senior Associate opportunity in Brisbane within a major international corporate transactions team. The role sits in a growing practice handling complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital raisings, shareholder arrangements, restructures and foreign investment matters across sectors such as energy, mining and infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role for an ambitious mid‑to‑senior practitioner looking to progress their career: you will work on high‑profile transactional matters, support business development activities, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. • Minimum 5 years' corporate transactional experience (PQE) gained at a top‑tier or reputable firm
• Strong M&A and cross‑border transaction experience, including joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Excellent technical skills with commercial judgment and client management ability
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
• Effective communicator able to work collaboratively on complex deals
