High‑performing U.S. finance team is hiring a senior associate or counsel with deep structured finance and securitization experience to join its Global Trade Finance practice. The role focuses on lender‑side private trade receivables securitizations, supply‑chain finance, trade receivables monetization and related trade A/R matters, with frequent cross‑border and balance‑sheet structuring components.

Team work includes representing banks, funds and other financial institutions on structured financings involving trade receivables, inventory and trade‑related assets, including intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP- or balance‑sheet funding. The role is open to candidates based in Charlotte, Chicago or New York (U.S. practice required); relevant experience is prioritized over location.   • Minimum ~5 years post‑qualification experience in structured finance/securitization
  • Experience on lender‑side private trade receivables securitization, supply‑chain finance or trade receivables monetization
  • Comfort with cross‑border financings, off‑balance‑sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements and related documentation
  • U.S. bar admission and ability to practice from the U.S.; please provide a deal sheet
