Senior Associate/Counsel — Securitization Finance (Chicago)

Growing U.S. Global Trade Finance team seeks a senior associate or counsel with substantial structured finance and securitization experience to work on lender-side trade receivables, supply-chain finance and trade AR monetization matters. The role handles cross-border structured financings, off-balance-sheet structuring for GAAP/IFRS, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP- or balance-sheet funding solutions.

Team represents banks, funds and other financial institutions; matters frequently involve complex transaction structuring and coordination across jurisdictions. Hiring is flexible by U.S. office (primary placement in Charlotte, Chicago or New York), but candidates must be U.S.-qualified and practice from the U.S.

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance/securitization, ideally lender-side trade receivables, supply-chain finance or trade AR monetization.
• U.S. bar admission and current authorization to practice from the U.S.
• Proven experience with cross-border financings, intercreditor structures, off‑balance-sheet/GAAP/IFRS structuring, trade credit insurance and/or ABCP funding preferred.
