Senior Associate / Counsel — Securitization (New York)

Senior-level associate or counsel role in a U.S. Global Trade Finance practice focused on structured finance and securitization. The team advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on transactions involving trade receivables, inventory and other trade-related assets.

Work will center on lender-side private trade receivables securitizations, supply‑chain finance and trade receivables monetization, often with cross-border elements, off‑balance‑sheet structuring and intercreditor arrangements. Hiring for New York with flexibility to consider candidates for Charlotte or Chicago; U.S.-licensed candidates only.

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in structured finance and securitization.
• Demonstrated experience with lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply‑chain finance or trade A/R monetization.
• Familiarity with cross-border financings, off‑balance‑sheet/GAAP/IFRS structuring, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP funding.
• U.S. bar admission and ability to practice in the U.S.; include a deal sheet with application.
