Well-established national employment law practice is seeking a Senior Associate (or Of Counsel) to join its Cross-Border Practice Group. The role focuses on advising multinational clients on international labor and employment matters affecting global workforces. The position is remote and offers substantive writing, publishing and speaking opportunities within the firm’s global platform.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, client-focused and comfortable analyzing novel, multi-jurisdictional legal issues to develop practical, risk‑based solutions. Collaboration with cross‑border teams and participation in firm-wide initiatives are expected.

Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar membership in good standing (must maintain licensure).
Minimum 8 years of U.S. labor and employment law experience.
Demonstrated cross‑border employment experience; Asia‑Pacific and Middle East experience strongly preferred.
In‑house experience is a plus.
Excellent legal writing, analytical, creative problem‑solving and communication skills.
Comfortable resolving complex, multi‑jurisdictional issues and designing client‑practical solutions.
Able to manage multiple matters independently and work remotely; proficiency with common productivity and virtual collaboration tools.
