You will work across the lifecycle of AI models and on data-exchange projects, helping clients navigate regulatory change, risk management and commercial implementation.
The role covers advisory work on data governance, AI-related regulation and compliance, cloud and IT outsourcing, platform and IoT matters, cyber risk mitigation, and IT-related dispute resolution. You will be involved in international mandates with direct client contact and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
The team supports professional development through structured training, career paths, and opportunities for secondments abroad. The position is open to candidates at associate and senior associate level, full- or part-time.
- German legal qualification (fully qualified in Germany)
- Strong academic record and very good English skills
- Interest and/or experience in data law, AI regulation, cloud/IT outsourcing or related technology matters
- Team-oriented, commercially aware and able to take responsibility on client matters; advanced degrees (e.g. LL.M. or doctorate) are welcome
