Join a large, internationally connected Labour & Employment team handling high‑profile and cross‑jurisdictional contentious employment matters. You will work on complex litigation and advisory work for a broad mix of employer clients, with significant client contact from an early stage.

The role offers collaboration with colleagues across an extensive international platform, a variety of sectors and opportunities to lead on multi‑jurisdictional mandates. The team supports flexible working and development programmes to help progression and work–life balance.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
Approximately 8–12 years' PQE in contentious employment law
Proven track record on complex employment litigation and dispute resolution
Experience supervising junior lawyers and delegating work
Strong commercial awareness, client management skills and interest in business development
