Join a top-tier dispute resolution team in Berlin advising on complex, often cross-border commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to international arbitration, domestic litigation support, and high‑profile mass‑action and IP-related disputes.

You will work on procedural strategy, party representation in arbitral proceedings (various institutional rules and ad hoc), local‑counsel mandates under German law, and court proceedings related to arbitration. The team emphasises collaborative casework, mentoring, and professional development.

The position includes regular client contact, opportunities for international secondments, and a structured training programme to deepen arbitration, litigation and technical/legal‑tech skills.

Strong academic legal qualifications and very good English.
Practical interest and/or experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
Team‑oriented, with good drafting, advocacy and project‑management skills; willingness to work in either full‑time or part‑time arrangements.
Further qualifications such as an LL.M. or a doctorate are welcome.
