Senior Associate — Disputes & Investigations, Melbourne

A Melbourne-based opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a well-regarded disputes and investigations team. The role focuses on commercial litigation and regulatory investigations for a diverse client base across sectors.

The team handles complex contested matters and offers exposure to both court and tribunal work, as well as internal and regulatory inquiries. You will work closely with senior lawyers on high‑profile matters and have opportunities to develop advocacy, strategy and client management skills.

• Admission to practice in Australia (or eligible for admission).
• Proven dispute resolution experience in commercial litigation and/or investigations.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and research skills; comfortable in court and tribunal settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively in teams and supervise junior staff.
