Practice group seeks a senior associate to join a busy Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team in the New York office (opportunities also available in other U.S. offices). The role focuses on executive compensation matters in connection with M&A and other corporate transactions.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience designing and advising on equity and executive compensation arrangements, including familiarity with securities disclosure requirements. The position requires a self-starter who can manage multiple matters and run deals with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Significant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in M&A transactions
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation structures and securities disclosure rules related to executive pay
  • Ability to manage transactions independently and handle multiple matters concurrently
  • Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. Bar
  • Resume/CV required; cover letter and law school transcript encouraged
