Experienced employment lawyer required to join a large, international practice based in Glasgow (with hybrid working and some flexibility to work from Edinburgh). The role offers broad exposure across employment advisory, large-scale global projects, corporate/M&A-related employment work, restructurings, investigations, executive exits and outsourcing.

You will work with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional matters, support and develop client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, and coach more junior members of the team.

Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in employment law and advising large employers
Track record of transactional support and advising on restructurings, senior exits and investigations
Experience working on international or multi-jurisdictional matters preferred
Strong drafting, legal research, commercial judgment and client-facing skills
Ability to work autonomously, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development
