Senior Associate, Employment & Industrial Relations — Sydney

Experienced employment lawyer opportunity within a well-regarded national practice in Sydney. Join a collaborative team advising and representing private‑sector and government employers across a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters.

Work includes tribunal and court advocacy (state and federal jurisdictions), unfair dismissal, general protections, contractual disputes and discrimination matters. The team offers integrated national support, client secondment opportunities and access to senior mentors.

The role is open to Senior Associates or high‑performing Associates seeking their next step; flexible arrangements (part‑time or hybrid) may be considered.

• Minimum 4+ years post‑admission experience in employment law (private practice or in‑house)
• Advocacy experience desirable, or strong willingness to develop advocacy before IRC/FWC, Supreme and Federal Courts
• Strong drafting, client management and commercial judgment
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a national team and handle a varied caseload
