Join a growing Amsterdam employment team within a leading international firm, advising on strategic, high‑value workplace matters. The role offers work across executive hiring and dismissals, remuneration and incentive plans, investigations (e.g. integrity and harassment), works council and restructuring issues, employee data protection, pensions, outsourcing and cross‑border employee transfers.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the Netherlands and international offices, support transactional work with M&A and Finance teams, and represent clients in litigation when required. The team is compact and collegiate, offering broad exposure, international work and structured development.

5–8 years' post‑qualified experience, predominantly in a law firm employment practice
Strong academic record and excellent drafting, analytical and project‑management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience advising on senior level dismissals, reorganisations, investigations and works council matters; confidence in courtroom representation
Collaborative team player with a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach
