Senior Associate opportunity within a high‑ranking Employment team based in Bristol. The team acts for a range of market‑leading employers across financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors and is recognised as a top‑tier practice in the leading legal directories.

The role combines contentious and advisory work: tribunal and High Court litigation (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract), multi‑jurisdictional restructures (redundancy and TUPE), and day‑to‑day employment advisory matters. There are opportunities to supervise junior staff and contribute to business development and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Typically 5+ years' PQE in employment law (Senior Associate level)
Proven experience on tribunal and other contentious employment matters
Experience advising clients in financial services and multinational commercial clients preferred
Strong commercial judgement, effective communicator and team player with supervisory experience
