Experienced employment lawyer sought for a senior associate role in a leading Australian practice. The role covers workplace employment law, industrial relations and health & safety matters, advising employers and providing advocacy in contested matters.

The team handles a mix of advisory, negotiation and dispute resolution work for corporate and institutional clients. This is a client-facing role with opportunities to lead matters, manage junior staff and work across national teams.

• Established experience at senior associate level in employment / industrial relations and workplace health & safety law.
• Strong advisory, drafting and advocacy skills; comfortable managing client engagements and supervising junior lawyers.
• Admission to practice or eligibility in an Australian jurisdiction and ability to work in Sydney.
