Joining a top-tier Energy, Resources & Projects practice, you will work on major infrastructure, energy and renewable projects across South Australia and nationally. The role offers substantive involvement in project development, commercial contracting and regulatory advisory work for generators, networks, developers and government stakeholders.

You will draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and project contracts (including EPC, O&M and connection/access agreements), advise on electricity network and regulatory frameworks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams. The team is collaborative, high-performing and focused on delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions.

Minimum 5 years PQE, gained at a reputable law firm or in-house (energy/infrastructure experience preferred).
Proven experience advising on complex commercial contracts and regulatory matters in the energy sector.
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; commercial and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
