Top-tier national tax practice is seeking a Senior Associate with experience in executive compensation, employee benefits and related transactional work. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on compensation arrangements, disclosure and tax issues across mergers & acquisitions, securities and other corporate transactions.

The team works cross-jurisdictionally with tax, securities and employment colleagues to deliver commercially focused, practical solutions for sophisticated clients. This position is part of a multi-office U.S. practice with opportunities for collaboration on large-scale and cross-border matters.

Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits/tax work
Substantive experience with compensation disclosure, transactional executive compensation and related tax and securities issues
Experience representing corporate clients and advising on plan design, equity-based arrangements and M&A-related compensation matters
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
Strong drafting, client-facing and cross-practice collaboration skills
