An established London-based media & entertainment team is hiring two senior commercial lawyers to join its Film, Television and Theatre group. The practice advises a broad creative client base — from independent producers and creatives to established production companies — on rights, production, finance and related commercial matters.

The roles suit commercially minded lawyers with experience across commercial contracts and intellectual property, and ideally some exposure to production, distribution and rights agreements in film, TV or theatre. You will work alongside experienced senior lawyers on high-quality, visible mandates, take responsibility for managing matters, and support and mentor more junior members of the team.

Qualified solicitor with strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills
Minimum 4 years PQE; likely 5–9 years’ experience preferred
Experience or demonstrable interest in film, television, theatre or live events; rights, production, finance or distribution work advantageous
Ability to manage matters, provide pragmatic commercial advice and develop client relationships
Comfort mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
