Leading international finance team in Luxembourg is recruiting a Senior Associate to join its corporate and lending practice. The role will focus on leveraged, acquisition and fund-related financing transactions across bank loan, private capital and private placement markets.

The successful candidate will work on complex cross‑border financings for both lenders and borrowers, support negotiation and documentation of loan and security arrangements, and contribute to business development and client relationship management within the team.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar
Minimum 5 years' PQE with demonstrable experience in finance transactions, with a strong focus on funds finance and leveraged/acquisition finance
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
Ability to work on cross‑border matters and build client relationships
