Join a market-leading Financial Regulation & Disputes team based in Bristol, handling high-value and complex financial services litigation. The team advises a broad range of financial institutions on banking disputes, investment litigation, regulatory matters, fraud, trade finance and receivership instructions.

As a Senior Associate you will run a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients, provide strategic and commercial advice, supervise more junior team members and support business development and know‑how initiatives. The role offers exposure to both domestic and international matters within a large, multi-office practice.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent); ideally 4–6 PQE (applications outside this range considered if experience is strong)
Proven experience running a civil litigation caseload with solid knowledge of the CPR and litigation procedure
Experience in financial services litigation preferred; strong commercial or insurance/commercial litigation backgrounds welcome
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers desirable
Strong analytical, drafting and client-facing skills; commercial awareness and appetite for business development
